2014 Canoe Festival Vendor Application

The Allen Parish Canoe Festival Board would like for you to join us for our 3rd Annual Allen Parish Canoe Festival. The festival will take place at The Allen Parish Fair Grounds in Oberlin, LA on April 25-26, 2014!                                        BOOTH RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS Attention Food & Drink Vendors: ​​THE ALLEN PARISH CANOE FESTIVAL WILL BE THE SOLE PROVIDER OF SOFT DRINK PRODUCTS FOR THE FESTIVAL. THIS MEANS THAT ALL SOFT DRINKS SOLD FROM ANY VENDOR MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE ALLEN PARISH CANOE FESTIVAL AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. IF YOU DO NOT SELL ALL OF YOUR PURCHASED SOFT DRINKS, YOU WILL BE CREDITED. A signed application must be submitted for each booth space to be rented. A deposit of at least ½ the cost is required with your application to reserve your booth space. A full refund of all fees will be made for cancellations received before March 7, 2014. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. Booths may begin check-in and set up from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Friday, April 25. All booths must be set up and checked-in no later than 4:00 PM.  All set-ups and take-downs must take place during closed hours for the festival. If, for some reason you must leave before 9:00 PM on Saturday, April, 26 or any time before, you will be required to walk your property to your vehicle. Once the festival opens each day, no vehicles will be permitted on festival grounds! The festival board has power to decide when and when not to allow vehicles on the grounds at any given time. No vendor is allowed to sell knives, guns or ammunition of any kind. Each vendor must remain within the allowed 12x12 space or their booth space. Vendors MAY NOT sell beer, items with festival logos, or any other items deemed unfit for a family oriented event. All road access will be closed during festival hours. No vehicle is allowed on festival grounds without a parking pass – NO EXCEPTIONS We will try our best to accommodate all vendors that may need electricity, but please bring plenty of extension cords and water hose (if needed).
